I have personally planned my own wedding, so I absolutely understand the levels of stress and budgeting required to pull off such a momentous day!
I seek the best possible painting for all of my wedding couples, because I always strive in my painting to put forward my best work. My cost reflects the quality of the final product and is supported by wonderful client reviews and a gallery that I hope will justify itself!
I take home all paintings for further refinement and pay attention to every detail and every corner. I want my art to hang on your wall as a valued heirloom of the most perfect day. I do not want my couples to look at a painting and not recognize themselves.
Please feel free to reach out for further information about the process, sizes, and prices!
Let me walk you through the typical evening with me on site for your painting:
Painting at the end of the night…
A live painting will see me arrive, set up, attend the wedding (depending on the moment we discuss), and begin my work during the cocktail hour/reception. I am typically on site for an average of 6 hours, allowing me to achieve a roughly completed painting to present by the end of the evening!
Painting after touch ups…
The magic will come from touch ups and refinement in my studio, where I will get time to sit down and focus in on details to complete the painting for your collection.
I am a strong believer that a wedding painter who doesn’t do touch ups afterward isn’t giving you the best work they can offer (I will typically require a minimum of 16-24 weeks total to complete the art, including drying time and varnishing)
A typical wedding night will see me working on the painting through the cocktail hour/ reception and (generally) wrapping up close to when the dance floor opens. I will display the painting during the remaining time of my on-site wrapping up!
The painting will come home with me and be refined in my studio until completion, at which point I will send you final photos for approval or further refinement!
